Since I am reading all of these hefty books, why not get some credit for it? :) I've signed on to do the "Mor-book-ly Obese" challenge for 2010, meaning that I've got to read 6 books or more of 450+ pages. If you haven't signed on for this one, do it!

Well, since you are reading your way through the Modern Library list, you have plenty of Chunksters to choose from!
ReplyDeleteI am looking forward to following you on your journey through the ML list. Reading all the books (and there are 121 or so of them, by the way, not 100) was my favorite reading "achievement." But I warn you -- it made me completely list-obsessed. Now that I finished this one, I want to finish the Radcliffe list, the Easton list, the Burgess list, etc., etc.
Yikes!
I love lists because they give me guidance, otherwise I go into complete and total overload when I walk into Barnes and Noble. At least I go in there now with a list! :) I am looking forward to the challenge since so many of the ML books have been so big!
ReplyDeleteThanks for commenting. I like your blog a lot :)
Thanks! Since I am a "compulsive 'list' reader" myself, and keep track of all of them on Rose City Reader, I can understand the appeal of the list.
